Proof

You won't get this one – you'll get yours.

We don't hand you a template; we find what isn't working in what you already run, and we fix that, and we leave alone what already works. So the proof is shown for its shape – every engagement is built fresh – and it's anonymized, because our clients' businesses are theirs.

01 What it produces

Three outcomes, from real engagements – across both seats.

The revenue seat
one business, doubled

Requalified the pipeline, cut the dead deals, put the energy where it could win – and the business doubled in the next half-year.

The revenue seat
25%
growth so far this year

WindowWorks was stuck in neutral. Craig Hauser puts this year's growth at 25%.

The financial seat
4 yrs
a standing financial seat

FotoFetch has run with Kristina as its fractional CFO for four years – critical, in its CEO's words, to daily operations and management.

02 A revenue engagement, up close

The Monday view a client's team actually runs on.

This is a real client's live dashboard – the gap to the year's target, who owns what, where the opportunities come from, and every open deal with its stage and close date, read together at the start of each week. The discipline is the point.

A client's revenue dashboard: gap to target, open opportunities by owner, sector and source, headline measures, and the full deal detail
The Monday view

You'll get yours, not this one – built around how your buyers actually decide. We fix what's broken, and we don't replace what works.

01The gap to the year's target – the distance still to go, in one number.
02Every open deal has a named owner, a stage, and a close date – nothing lives in anyone's head.
03Where the work comes from – sector and source, so the next investment follows evidence.
04The same view every Monday – so a slip surfaces within days.
03 One revenue engagement, walked through

Sixteen of twenty losses never went to a competitor.

What we found

A well-established marketing firm, around $4M revenue, came to us certain it was losing to competitors. We pulled its top twenty losses from the year and went through them one at a time – and sixteen had never gone to a competitor at all. The client had simply decided to do nothing, on deals that were never properly qualified going in.

What we changed

We requalified the pipeline honestly and cut the deals that were dead. No new hire, no new system, no clever tactic – rigor applied to what was already there, and the capacity that had been burning on ghosts handed back.

What it produced

In the first half of the following year, that business doubled.

04 In their words

Owners, in their own words.

Feeling like I have an iron clad support system has given me the confidence to make informed decisions for the business in stressful times.
